Position Summary

Credence is seeking a Refugee Anti-Trafficking Project Analyst to provide project coordination, analytical, and operational support for mission-critical technology and business initiatives. This role supports planning, scheduling, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and project execution activities to ensure successful delivery of organizational objectives. The position also supports system development activities, user support, change management efforts, and coordination of maintenance and enhancement initiatives.

The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to support project execution, resolve issues, and develop solutions that improve operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:

• Support project planning, scheduling, coordination, and tracking activities across multiple initiatives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements, deliverables, and timelines are clearly communicated and maintained.
• Assist in managing project documentation, status reports, meeting notes, and action items.
• Support change management efforts, including tracking project modifications and documenting impacts.
• Analyze project and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate system development, maintenance, enhancement, and user support activities.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical or project-related issues and escalate concerns as appropriate.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Prepare reports, presentations, briefings, and project communications for leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to support successful project outcomes.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, service delivery, and operational effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project activities, decisions, and deliverables.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience supporting project coordination, program management, technology initiatives, systems development, or related operational activities.
• Experience supporting project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities.
• Experience supporting project and change management efforts.
• Experience coordinating development, maintenance, and user support activities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
