The Concrete Foreman is responsible for leading field crews, managing day-to-day job site operations, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to high standards of quality.

·        Lead and supervise concrete crews across job sites

·        Plan and execute daily work activities

·        Read and interpret blueprints and specifications

·        Oversee foundations, flatwork, and decorative concrete

·        Ensure proper site preparation, pouring, finishing, and curing

·        Maintain quality control standards

·        Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors

·        Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance

·        Manage materials, equipment, and labor efficiency

·        Train and mentor crew members

·        3–7 years of concrete construction experience

·        1–3 years in a leadership or foreman role

·        Strong knowledge of forming, pouring, finishing, and repair

·        Ability to read blueprints and layout work

·        Experience managing crews and job logistics

·        Valid driver’s license

·        Strong safety focus

·        Experience with residential, industrial and commercial projects

·        Knowledge of decorative concrete and coatings

·        Equipment operation experience (skid steer, excavator)

·        OSHA certification

·        Strong leadership and accountability

·        Attention to detail and craftsmanship
