In Office: Approximately 5 days per week
Compensation: $50,000 base
Hours: ~50 per week with flexibility for nights and weekends

You will work directly with the CEO of a $50M agency and play a critical role in protecting his time, focus, and mental energy. This role is designed for someone early in their career who is extremely hungry, highly accountable, and eager to learn how a real business operates at a high level.

Inbox and Communication Management
- Triage email and messages
- Draft and send responses on behalf of the CEO
- Identify what requires attention versus what does not
- Ensure important conversations move forward
Follow Ups and Execution
- Track tasks and action items across meetings and Slack threads
- Follow up with internal team members and external partners
- Make sure commitments turn into outcomes
- Close loops consistently
Calendar and Time Protection
- Own scheduling and prioritization
- Protect deep work time
- Flag low value meetings
- Ensure the CEO is prepared for what matters most
As trust is earned, this role will expand into:
- Travel planning and logistics
- Acting as an interface between the CEO and the team
- Sitting in on meetings and capturing context
- Anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise
