Collaboration With The Business Product Owner
Collaborate with the business Product Owner and stakeholders to outline potential new features, improvements, and opportunities for the next cycle.
Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders, UX designers, or BI experts as needed, gathering insights on user feedback and upcoming feature needs.
Document insights and prepare the backlog by translating findings into epics, user stories, and technical requirements.
Engage continuously with business and technical teams to validate feasibility, ensuring discovery aligns with the product roadmap and technical constraints.
Experience & Skills Requirements
Experience: 3 to 5 years as a Product Owner or Proxy Product Owner, ideally with significant exposure to employee-driven IT products.
Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, adept at translating business needs into actionable requirements, and experience in Agile methodologies.
