What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Outreach Specialist position at Creatives Universe?
We're looking for an outgoing and motivated individual to join our growing outreach team. This position focuses on building meaningful connections throughout the community by representing nonprofit organizations at local events, educational initiatives, and public engagement opportunities.
If you enjoy working with people, communicating face-to-face, and being part of a collaborative team, this could be a great fit. We provide paid training, so no previous outreach or nonprofit experience is required.
Your Day-to-Day
- Attend scheduled outreach events across the Atlanta area
- Introduce community members to nonprofit programs and initiatives
- Answer questions and provide accurate information about each organization's mission
- Help increase community awareness through positive public interactions
- Maintain a professional and welcoming presence at every event
- Work with team members to support outreach campaigns and event execution
