We're looking for caring, dependable teachers who are flexible and willing to work in our toddler, two-year-old, or three-year-old classrooms. Whether you've worked as a lead teacher, teacher assistant, paraprofessional, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or in-home childcare provider, your experience may be a great fit for our team!
What You'll Do
- Create a safe, warm, and nurturing classroom where children feel valued and supported.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Encourage curiosity, creativity, independence, and exploration through play-based learning.
- Collaborate with your classroom team to create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.
- Follow classroom routines, health and safety practices, and school policies.
- Communicate with families and teammates to support each child's growth.
- Remain flexible in supporting our toddler, twos, or threes programs based on school needs and your strengths.
We welcome candidates with experience working with children in a variety of settings, including:
Early childhood teachers and teacher assistants.
Childcare or daycare center employees.
Paraprofessionals and educational assistants.
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
In-home childcare providers and nannies with relevant experience.
Candidates who have completed their Child Development Associate (CDA) through a school or educational program.
Preferred qualification: Completion of Florida's 45-hour DCF childcare training requirements.
Haven't completed all 45 hours yet? We are willing to consider the right candidate who brings relevant experience, reliability, a nurturing attitude, and a genuine desire to grow in early childhood education. We are happy to discuss the training needed to help you move forward.
Your Schedule
We offer consistent, full-time, Monday–Friday schedules with the following shift options:
- Early shift: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Mid shift: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
- Later shift: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
These schedules provide a predictable weekday routine without regularly scheduled evening or weekend shifts.
