Creative World Learning Center is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly organized Daycare Director to lead our early childhood program. We are looking for a positive, dependable leader who is passionate about providing high-quality care, supporting a dedicated staff, and creating an engaging environment where children thrive.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of the childcare centerEnsure full compliance with state licensing, health, and safety regulationsRecruit, train, and supervise teaching and support staffBuild strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the communityImplement and support developmentally appropriate curriculum and activitiesManage enrollment, records, scheduling, and budgetingFoster a warm, inclusive, and stimulating learning environmentQualificationsApplicants must meet one of the following:Be at least 21 years of age, andHold a Graduate or Bachelor degree in a child-related field ORHave Child Development Associate Degree (CDA) with a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a child care center.Additional preferred skills:Strong leadership and communication abilitiesExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsA passion for promoting children’s growth, learning, and well-beingCompany DescriptionCreative World Learning Center is a family-owned and operated childcare center dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn and grow.
