Job Description:
Creative Visions is seeking a Records Management Specialist to support federal information management, FOIA processes, and records governance activities. This role supports compliance with federal records requirements while managing data, documentation, and reporting workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support FOIA and Privacy Act request processing
- Manage records and documentation workflows
- Maintain SharePoint content, permissions, and structure
- Support data tracking, reporting, and compliance activities
- Assist in developing information management policies
- Maintain records systems and ensure data accuracy
- Manage FOIA and Privacy Act request workflows in accordance with federal policies
- Support Salesforce CRM system operations and maintenance
- Create and execute PowerShell scripts for reporting and records tasks
- Manage SharePoint site content and permissions
- Compile and maintain records indexes and reporting data
- Ensure all deliverables are accurate, complete, and free of errors
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of records management or FOIA experience
- Experience with SharePoint and document management systems
- Familiarity with federal records policies and compliance
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
