Requirements

• Master’s degree in psychology, applied behavior analysis, or related field
• AZ Licensure or the ability to obtain a license
• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• BCBA: 1 years of work experience with children with autism and related disorders
• Caring, positive, energetic, flexible, and motivated to learn
• Preferred experience with ACT, RFT, PEAK, Social Skills, and OBM Skills
• Possess strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage and train Registered Behavior Technicians
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation and auto insurance
• Pass a criminal background check
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Work in collaboration with the leadership team to increase provider productivity, enhance client programming and support a creative workspace for employees
• Assess, design, develop and implement intervention plans and skill acquisition programs for clients
• Conduct behavioral assessments and treatment fidelity measures to ensure proper implementation of behavior support plans
• Supervise and provide ongoing training for Registered Behavior Technicians
• Train and collaborate with families to ensure treatment fidelity and satisfaction
• Participate in weekly BCBA meetings

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8-6pm
  
  

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
