Title: Director of Operations
Salary Range: $130,000-$150,000 per year

- Develops and enforces quality and production standards.
- Handles Operations staffing, training, and functionality.
- Departmental tooling and material acquisition.
- Monitors and evaluates Operations output.
- Ensures OSHA safety and compliance.
- Oversees determination and acquisition of sub-rented assets, transport needs (local, national & worldwide).
- Ensures proper usage by warehouse and operations staff of R2 tasks relating to;

- Sub-rentals – Transfer
- Ensures the asset maintenance tools within R2.
- Ensures maintenance of warehouse, vehicles, tools, safety equipment and warehouse/operational assets.
- Reviews all operations and warehouse purchases and rentals.
- Coordinates with IT on R2 training and development relating to Operations.
- Coordinates with inventory team.
- Develops action inventory policy.
- Oversees Cycle Counts.
- Helps improve the utilization and efficiency of staff technicians when in house.
- Continuously monitors all above with an eye to improve quality, lessen overhead, and build a functioning operations/warehouse team.
- Collaborates with the other Operation Directors to help formalize and implement efficiencies and cost saving operational procedures for CT.

- At least 5 years of prior management experience preferred.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
