As an IT Specialist, you will be based at a client location, supported by our remote team. Your primary responsibilities involve delivering technical support and exceptional customer service to end-users through phone, email, and remote access. Effective communication with end users, local and remote staff is crucial, demonstrating strong multitasking skills. The role involves utilizing a ticketing system for communication and requires on-site presence Monday through Friday.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Direct communication with end-users via various channels (phone, email).
- Configuration and management of end-user IT equipment (workstations, tablets, printers, scanners, etc.).
- Setup and configuration of end-user email clients, shared files and folders, domain accounts, software installations, and updates.
- Troubleshooting of diverse end-user issues related to local desktops, peripherals, and virtual workstations.
- Troubleshooting server-related issues.
- Collaborating with the team to address complex or client-wide problems.
- Documenting of processes, reported issues, and solutions.
The ideal candidate will have, but not limited to, the following:
· Essential knowledge of MS Windows OS and MS Office 365, along with a basic understanding of computer networks
- Troubleshooting experience with a genuine enjoyment of solving technical issues

- Eagerness to develop your technical knowledge
- Quick learning ability and comfort working in a large corporate office, with effective remote work capabilities.
Prior work experience in IT support and/or customer support is required.
