Role Description

Creative Surfaces, Inc. is seeking full-time Installers to join their team. This on-site role is based in Macomb County, MI, and entails efficiently installing and restoring floors for various projects such as concrete grinding, polishing, resurfacing, and coating. Daily tasks include preparing job sites, utilizing specialized equipment, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality workmanship that meets client specifications. Attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and effective teamwork are essential components of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with concrete grinding, polishing, dyeing, and restoration processes
• Knowledge of working with materials such as marble, granite, epoxy, and floor coatings
• Ability to use specialized tools and equipment for floor preparation and finishing
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and workplace best practices
• Capability to work in a physically demanding, on-site environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
• Prior experience in the construction or flooring industry is a plus
• Willingness to travel for projects if required
