Your Impact as a Receptionist
In This Role, You Will
- Answer and direct all incoming calls and voicemails with professionalism.
- Accurately take messages and route calls to the appropriate department.
- Maintain office supplies for all departments and ensure monthly orders are completed.
- Keep office equipment (copiers, fax machines) stocked with paper and toner.
- Sort and distribute all incoming mail, faxes, and packages.
- Process outgoing mail, including FedEx, certified mail, and other special deliveries.
- Assist with maintaining and auditing personnel and I-9 files, as directed.
- Support the office team with general clerical tasks as needed.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Demonstrates excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Has experience with multi-line phone systems and voicemail transfer.
- Presents a professional demeanor and polished appearance.
- Can multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Possesses strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and general internet use.
- Has familiarity with ten-key and office equipment (copiers, faxes, scanners).
