Your Impact as a Hospitality Aide
In This Role, You Will
- Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): Assist the nursing department with non-nursing tasks, including bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
- Assist with Meals: Prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
- Encourage Participation: Support a positive living environment by encouraging residents to engage in activities and social programs.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep resident rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Provide Laundry Assistance: Assist with resident laundry services as needed.
- Follow Safety & Compliance Standards: Comply with the Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and all company and departmental safety policies and procedures.
- Observe and Report: Identify and promptly report concerns, safety issues, or conditions requiring management or nursing attention.
- Assist as Needed: Perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.
