The Divisional Director of Business Development will provide sales and marketing for Creative Solutions in Healthcare to support us to impact sales and contribute to the goals and occupancy goal of 100% for assigned facilities. The Divisonal Director of Business Development will assist with a number of assigned facilities, traveling as needed.

Responsibilities:
- The Divisional Director of Business Development is a field-based position that specializes in assisting our facilities and their marketing teams to increase census.
- Provide coaching to Marketing teams to drive sales excellence.
- This position has a variety of duties and responsibilities to facilitate effective and efficient sales efforts at each community in order to increase occupancy.
- Participates in planning and developing the South Division’s hospital’s strategic, operational, service designs and other organizational plans and policies to achieve the mission and vision of the Region and hospitals.
- Collaborates with VP of Business Development, and Divisional VP of Operations to advance the strategies across the Division.
- The Divisional Director of Sales and Marketing Director position requires the ability to travel up to 4 days per week if needed and must be based in Texas.
- In addition to meeting the travel requirements, preferred candidates have three or more years of multi-site sales experience including selling long-term and Skilled Nursing care.
- The divisional director will be responsible for strategizing the facility relationships by providing key business insights and expertise on all market situations that will ultimately drive relationship loyalty and build that long-term book of business. A good divisional director exhibits strong leadership values that epitomize the culture of unparalleled customer service within the facilities and the Division.
- The successful candidate will have professional-level selling and marketing experience and knowledge that includes the principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products and/or services.
- Experience to include marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, sales systems, and Physician development.
- Excellent communication skills to ensure clear and effective delivery of changes, solutions, or updates to the census, to the market, and to physicians’ development.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and display efficiency.
- Requires the ability to work independently.
