Creative Scholars K-Prep is a small, high-quality preschool program serving children ages 2–5 in a nurturing, structured learning environment. We are seeking a Parent Coordinator to manage parent inquiries, schedule tours, and assist with enrollment communication.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with families, organizing information, and helping parents feel confident choosing the right childcare program.
Responsibilities
- Respond to parent inquiries from Facebook, Winnie, email, and phone
- Ask qualifying questions to understand each family’s childcare needs
- Schedule and coordinate virtual or in-person tours
- Follow up with families who have inquired about enrollment
- Send enrollment paperwork and registration information
- Maintain a simple list of parent leads and follow-ups
- Assist with parent communication and program updates
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and comfortable managing messages and scheduling
- Friendly, professional, and confident speaking with parents
- Experience in childcare, education, or administrative support is a plus
- Comfortable working independently and supporting a small program
Schedule
Part-time / flexible hours
Pay
$18 – $25 per hour depending on experience
