Custom Print Technician

We're seeking a dedicated Custom Print Technician to be a key part of our Sign Shop and Warehouse team! You will work alongside skilled professionals to produce high-quality custom signs, stickers, and other printed materials for our clients. Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The Custom Print Technician 1 performs a range of duties including but not limited to the following:

• Works directly with Sign Shop team lead/supervisor to prep equipment as necessary
• Reviews orders for quality and accuracy; reviews accompanying documents for accuracy and quality
• Maintains an understanding of signage and graphics as well as current company offering or promotions
• Follows directions of supervisor or team lead on how to properly use machines
• Oversees the manufacture of customer projects including signs, stickers, etc.
• Operates the sign shop printers
• Keeps sign shop area clean and organized; delegate tasks to others to keep the shop in good condition
• Performs basic Quality Assurance (QA) measures on signage orders
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred
• 1 years of basic graphic design experience preferred
• Effective communicator, both written and verbally; understands basic English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to learn new computer software or familiar with popular software such as Adobe Suite and Creative Cloud
• Ability to meet production goals/deadlines
• Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks or projects
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must be able to work efficiently individually and as part of a team
• Ability to troubleshoot or problem-solve

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand in a stationary position for long periods; occasionally move around the

office and reach into cabinets, drawers, etc.; ability to lift to 40 pounds.

Working Conditions: Warehouse environment with fluorescent lighting, regular interruptions, and an increased

noise level.
