Creative Resources is a growing branded merchandise and eCommerce company located in Hopkins, MN. We partner with leading national brands to provide company stores, fulfillment, promotional products, and decorating services. We're looking for a dependable, organized Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate who takes pride in their work, enjoys variety, and wants to be part of a collaborative team.
This is a one-person warehouse position that works closely with our eCommerce, customer service, decorating, sales, and finance teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer fulfillment orders accurately and on time.
- Receive incoming inventory, verify quantities and quality, and process returns.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage locations.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate domestic, LTL freight, and international shipments.
- Assemble kitting projects, including setup, production, cleanup, and final inventory counts.
- Support in-house decorating and fulfillment projects as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and shipping processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or fulfillment experience.
- Experience with picking, packing, and inventory management.
- MUST have experience with shipping software such as ShipStation, FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, USPS, or similar.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with ERP software (Acumatica is a plus).
- Promotional products or decorated apparel experience is a plus.
- Heat press or decorating experience is a plus.
- International shipping experience is a plus.
- Ability to spend most of the workday standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation.
