Position Details
- Location: Crest Hill, IL (In Office)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Start Date: Immediate
Compensation: $19.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Please note: This is a full-time, in-office position. Please make sure the commute to our Crest Hill location is practical before applying.
What You'll Do
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet customers in person and provide exceptional customer service.
- Answer customer questions by phone, email, chat, and in person.
- Assist customers with pricing, scheduling, and order updates.
- Create and maintain accurate customer records.
- Coordinate communication between the front office and production team.
- Enter and track incoming and outgoing orders in our computer systems.
- Photograph completed projects for customer records and social media.
- Help keep the office organized and ensure daily operations run efficiently.

Qualifications
