Job Summary: The Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator bridges client needs with supply chain operations, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, and coordinating with warehouse/production teams to ensure timely, efficient fulfillment, acting as a central point for communication and problem-solving to maintain high customer satisfaction. They manage the product lifecycle from order to delivery, ensuring smooth operations and accurate documentation. This position will work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Manage and process orders daily
• Building sustainable relationships, both internal and external, through open and interactive communication
• Manage incoming calls • Arrange freight for shipments
• Prepare shipping paperwork
• Invoice orders
• Assist with inventory and cycle counting as needed
Qualifications:Required Skills/Abilities:
• Strong customer service and active listening skills
• Familiar with ERP and CRM systems
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's in Business Administration or equivalent a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three to five years of customer service experience required
• Spanish a plus
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
