Job Description: JOB SUMMARY
The Program Manager oversees the execution of multiple projects within the company,
ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving successful outcomes. The
Program Manager supports large-scale project implementations across the company and
for single departments. A Program Manager is responsible for leading or supporting all
aspects of project management, including day-to-day project activities, resource and
schedule management, risk management, and task prioritization.

JOB DUTIES
• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of program components, ensuring
alignment with strategic objectives of the company.
• Oversee the intake process for new project requests, evaluating their feasibility,
alignment with program objectives, and resource requirements to inform
decision-making.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project
objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring clear communication and alignment
throughout the lifecycle.
• Oversee the management of IT, Application Development, and Salesforce project
slating and resource management, ensuring resource allocation to meet project
demands and deadlines.
• Drive initiatives focused on increasing speed and automation across projects,
identifying opportunities for efficiency gains, and implementing solutions to
enhance productivity and streamline operations.
• Maintain effective communication channels with Directors, providing regular
updates on program status, risks, and opportunities.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-3 years of experience, preferably at a financial services firm
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and
influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on results and
outcomes
