- Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and external partners (agencies, freelancers, photographers, etc.)
- Track project status using project management tools, maintaining organized asset libraries and documentation
- Support campaign launches by coordinating deliverables across digital, social, email, and retail channels
- Maintain creative briefs and ensure all projects have clear objectives, timelines, and success metrics
- Problem-solve proactively when priorities shift or roadblocks arise, keeping projects moving forward
- Organize meetings and maintain schedules including agendas, notes, and action items
- Support budget tracking for creative projects and vendor management
Who You Are
- 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in creative, marketing, or brand environments
- Naturally organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- A clear communicator who can translate between creative and business stakeholders with ease
- Tech-savvy with experience in project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, etc.) and comfort learning new platforms quickly

- Familiar with creative processes including content production, design workflows, and campaign development
Nice to Have

- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and campaign execution
- Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) for basic asset management
- Background in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries
- Experience coordinating clinical or medical content that requires compliance review
