What are the responsibilities and job description for the Carpenter Helper position at Creative Pavers, Inc.?
Highly proficient person with deck building experience needed for an outdoor design-build company. You will construct, erect, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood and vinyl using carpenter's hand tools and power tools making sure to conform to local building codes.
Main Responsibilities:
•Construction of Outdoor Decks, Pergolas, Pavilions, etc.
•Read blueprints and plans to lay out and erect decking structures.
•Erecting scaffolding, ladders for assembling structures above ground levels
•Following established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean environment
Requirements:
•3 years Experience with building Decks, Pavilions, Pergolas, etc.
•Ability to comprehend schematic diagrams, blueprints, sketches, building plans and other specifications required by our client for information pertaining to the type of material specified
•Strong working knowledge of job site safety
•Valid Driver's License
•Drug free at all times
