Production Packer - 2nd Shift

Shift Hours: 3:15pm - 1:45am Mon-Thur (Potential OT)

Responsibilities

• Inspecting quality of gel packs, ensuring no leaks
• Packing gel packs flat in boxes or trays
• Palletizing cases of gel packs (lifting 45lbs frequently throughout shift)
• Changing film roll (lifting up to 100lbs with a partner multiple times throughout shift)
• Wearing required PPE on production floor
• Cleaning workstation at the end of shift
• Stocking workstation at the end of shift
• Ensuring workstation is safe to work in throughout shift, cleaning any debris or gel spills on the floor during shift
• Following instructions from shift Leader(s)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, and twist for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to lift 50lbs.

Qualifications

• Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with production environments
• Mechanical knowledge or experience working with hand tools, power tools, or assembly line equipment is advantageous
• Warehouse experience, including operating forklifts (certification preferred), is a plus
• Ability to stand, lift, and move materials throughout the shift while maintaining safety standards
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality in packaging processes
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and safety procedures
