What are the responsibilities and job description for the DSP Personal Supports position at Creative Options?

A variety of supportive services are offered to ensure successful community living in our Adult Services Programs. Creative Options is always looking to hire bright, enthusiastic and motivated individuals who possess professional work ethics and have a strong desire and commitment to work with people who have disabilities. We are currently seeking qualified applicants for the following positions:
DSP Personal Supports - various part-time positions available (average hours range from 10 - 30 hours per week)
Provides in-home supports to people who live in their private home. Employees work extensively with people with physical disabilities which may include, lifting & transferring, ADLs, transportation, etc.
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED plus 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Candidate must have insured reliable transportation, and valid MD driver’s license with good record
- Experience working in the Human Services field
Salary : $18 - $20
