We’re looking for a strategic, relationship-driven leader to own the vision, evolution, and execution of an exclusive executive community for innovation, technology, and legal operations leaders across the AmLaw 150 and Fortune 500.
What you’ll lead:
- Define and evolve the enterprise community strategy for CINOs, CTOs, and legal ops leaders.
- Launch and scale high-value programs that strengthen relationships and influence enterprise pipeline.
- Oversee a global portfolio of high-end, invitation-only executive events.
- Architect “white glove” experiences at flagship conferences and bespoke roundtables.
- Partner with top institutions, influencers, and industry bodies to deliver thought leadership engagements.
- Manage industry presence, partnerships, sponsorships, and executive keynote opportunities.
- Lead a US/UK-based team of event specialists while stewarding a multi-million-dollar budget.
- Build measurement frameworks across ROI, engagement, pipeline influence, and executive satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Brand, and Marketing to align on enterprise initiatives.
What you bring:
- 7–10 years in event/experiential/community/field marketing within B2B enterprise.
- Proven success delivering high-impact experiences for C-suite and senior legal leaders.
- Experience managing and developing distributed teams.
- Strong ownership of large budgets ($1M ), with strategic prioritization and operational rigor.
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in legal tech, enterprise SaaS, or marketing to large law firms/corporate legal teams is a strong asset.
- Thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with a polished, composed leadership style.
