We are seeking a customer service representative to join our team!

This is an excellent opportunity for someone just entering the workforce! As one of our customer service reps, you will be the first point of contact for our business, ensuring our customers always receive a warm welcome and superb service.

What You'll Do:

  • Answering and managing customer inquiries via phone call and email in a timely manner
  • Identifying customer needs and providing information and solution options through extensive knowledge of company products and services
  • Fostering and building lasting relationships with customers through outstanding service
  • Recording and updating customer interactions and records in the system
  • Communicating professionally and conscientiously in all customer and team interactions
  • Assisting with additional administrative tasks, as needed


What You'll Need:

  • Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required
  • Skilled at creative problem-solving and critical analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on active listening
  • Friendly demeanor with a positive go-getter personality
  • Outstanding organizational skills with a commitment to maintaining accurate records
  • Self-starter mentality with great time management skills
  • Adept at working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting and courteously interacting with a variety of personalities
  • Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, understanding, and speaking
  • Capability to pass a background check
