We are seeking a data entry specialist to join our team!

As a key member of our receivables department, you will be responsible for ensuring all customer receivable data and payments are correctly entered, updated, and applied.

What You'll Do:

• Input receivable and payment information into our systems quickly and accurately
• Match payments to the correct customer accounts and invoices
• Verify all relevant information before posting payments
• Communicate professionally and conscientiously in all customer and team interactions
• Follow department procedures at all times and propose process improvements
• Assist with additional administrative tasks, as needed
  
  
  

What You'll Need:

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
• Skilled at creative problem-solving and critical analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on active listening
• Friendly demeanor with a positive go-getter personality
• Outstanding organizational skills with a commitment to maintaining accurate records
• Self-starter mentality with great time management skills
• Adept at working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting and courteously interacting with a variety of personalities
• Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, understanding, and speaking
