Role Description This full-time, on-site Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Business Analyst role is based in Springfield, MO. The ERP Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, document requirements, and translate operational needs into effective ERP configurations and workflows. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and validating business requirements, conducting process mapping and gap analysis, and supporting ERP implementation, optimization, and upgrades. The role will involve creating documentation, training materials, and reports, as well as providing user support, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve system usage and data integrity. The ERP Business Analyst will also help identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency across the organization.
