Duties

- Utilize motivational interviewing skills to encourage positive behavior change and strengthen motivation for recovery.
- Document interactions and progress accurately using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to coordinate care plans and provide consistent, person-centered support.
- Provide crisis management during emergency situations, ensuring safety and appropriate follow-up actions.
