Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and transportation companies to arrange shipments and prepare/forward related documentation.
- Handle and resolve unexpected issues that arise during the shipping process in a timely manner.
- Modify, update, and distribute shipping documents as needed.
- Compile and summarize shipment data and perform basic analysis.
- Maintain smooth communication and data coordination with the warehouse and finance departments.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to use both languages as working languages.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Experience using inventory management software is preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics assistance is preferred.
