Seeking an experienced and reliable Sheet Metal Foreman to lead our fabrication team. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship on diverse projects. This role is a perfect fit for a hands-on leader who is ready to mentor a team, interpret customer drawings, and grow with a company that invests in its people.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Overseeing daily shop operations and workflow
- Leading and mentoring a team of technicians and fabricators
- Coordinating jobs, schedules, and materials to meet deadlines
- Ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and project specifications
- Good Communication with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the fabrication or installation process
- Manage material and equipment maintenance
- Pitching in on jobs as needed — no task too big or small

- Proven leadership or management experience (shop, field, or crew)
- Sheet metal or HVAC experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a hands-on attitude

Bonus Points:
- Experience reading blueprints or technical drawings
