JOB RESPONSIBILITIES~
Machine Setup & Operation
- Set up and operate turret punch press machines, including Amada Vipros turrets
- Adjust machine settings to meet production specifications and material requirements
- Monitor machine performance and make real-time adjustments as needed
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and tool changes
- Troubleshoot mechanical or operational issues to minimize downtime
- Ensure tools and equipment are in optimal working condition
Blueprint Interpretation & Quality Control
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Verify measurements and ensure parts meet quality standards and tolerances
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout production
Production & Workflow Management
- Work independently while managing changing priorities and deadlines
- Support efficient workflow and contribute to meeting production targets
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency
Team Collaboration & Communication
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments
- Communicate production updates, challenges, and solutions effectively
- Foster a positive and productive team environment
Compliance & Standards
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
HOURS~
- 4 10's Production Schedule
- Mon-Thursday 3:45pm-2:15am (Occasional OT on Fridays)
QUALIFICATIONS~
- 2 years of experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and initiative

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
