Overview
We are seeking a self-starter to work 3 days per week as an onsite property maintenance person. The position is located in Land O' Lakes. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with hands-on experience in association or facilities maintenance and a passion for ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Ability to clean, climb a 6-foot ladder, and do light lifting.
- Conduct routine inspections and perform preventative maintenance around the community property.
- Keep records and maintain documentation of maintenance activities.
- Assist in supervising maintenance activities, monitoring equipment, and coordinate with team members.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all maintenance operations
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with Board Members and community residents.
Requirements
- Morning and weekday hours are required.
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, community association, or related fields.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a part-time capacity.
