Job Summary
We are seeking an in-house service coordinator to help support our ongoing growth. This person will take service requests via phone, email, or website and enter the information into our online schedule. You will also communicate frequently with all of our technicians as to project progress and support needs. Completed service calls will be removed from the schedule, and unassigned projects will be assigned and moved onto the assigned technicians schedule.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations of service company.
- Support technicians by providing contact and location information.
- Ensure timely completion of service calls.
- Contact customers after service to ensure quality of work.
- Support procurement of parts/materials as needed.
- Communicate further growth opportunities with sales.
- Maintain a positive and supportive culture.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in service related industry
- Experience with industrial equipment (CNC's, presses, saws, brakes, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- The ability to multitask, shift priorities, and work under deadlines
- Familiarity with computer programs such as Microsoft Office
Salary : $50,000 - $75,000
