Creative Living Unlimited is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving meaningful, independent, and fulfilling lives. We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Part-Time Services Manager to join our team in Pepper Pike.
Position Summary
The Part-Time Services Manager is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operation of residential services, including staff scheduling, onboarding, training, documentation review, and ensuring quality supports are provided to the individuals we serve. This position works closely with Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), individuals served, families, and agency leadership to maintain compliance and promote excellent services.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Direct Support Professional and possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Create and maintain staff schedules and coordinate coverage for open shifts.
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, guidance, and support.
- Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Ensure services are delivered in accordance with ISP requirements, agency policies, and applicable regulations.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with DODD, Medicaid, and agency requirements.
- Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with staff, families, guardians, and agency leadership.
- Assist with incident reporting and follow-up as needed.
- Provide direct support coverage when necessary to ensure quality services and adequate staffing.
- Promote a positive, person-centered culture within the program.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QualificationsRequired
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass required background checks.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred
- Previous Direct Support Professional (DSP) experience.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in human services.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of DODD regulations and person-centered supports.
Medication Administration Certification
Candidates must possess a current Medication Administration Certification (Med Pass) or be willing and able to obtain certification within three (3) months of hire. Creative Living Unlimited will provide and pay for the required training.
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
