Job description
Provide support to the director and ensures that the center runs according to the Palm Beach County Rules and Regulations as well as accreditation requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Back up to the director
- Supports daily school operations
- Work closely with families and teachers
- Use your leadership skills to inspire our team
- Keep the office organize with you Microsoft Office skills
- Receive payments and helps parents with statement and billing issues using Procare
- Monitors communication between teachers and parents
- Manage the quantity of staff and ensures that ratios are met during the day according to accreditation requirements
- Perform prospective client tours and phone sales
- Support teachers with all their request for their classroom’s requirements
Qualifications:
· Knowledge in office management and child development (Staff credential and director credential preferred)
· Abilities to handle detailed work
· Customer service oriented (English and Spanish)
· Ability to organize the workflow in a busy office
· Ability to manage Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
