- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff through effective communication.
- Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques and behavior management strategies.
- Organize activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress reports, and assessments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for all students.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the classroom.
Qualifications
- Experience working with students in an educational or childcare setting is preferred.
- Background in first aid or CPR is a plus.
- Previous experience caring for children through nannying, babysitting, or daycare settings is highly valued.
