We are currently looking for a Landscape Crew Member to join our team.
Position Summary
The primary responsibility is to safely and efficiently complete landscape projects on assigned
properties. Services to include installing plants, mulch, rock, sod, edging, retaining walls, patios.
Responsibilities
I. Duties
1. Work to assure quality and timely completion of all tasks assigned.
2. Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner at all times.
3. Be sensitive and respectful of equipment and customer’s property at all times.
4. Identify problems at the work site and follow through appropriately.
5. Maintain employee standards.
6. Perform tasks within the allotted budgeted hours.
7. Arrive at designated facility/property on time ready to perform duties.
8. Follow proper Company policies and procedures at all times.
9. Display honesty and respect when working with coworkers, contractors, customers, and
other employees.
II. Customer Experience
1. Set the standards for a quality company image that invites customers to repeat their
business.
III. Communication
1. Communicate constructively with customers and Crew Leader.
IV. Safety
1. Dress appropriately for conditions.
2. Wear proper PPE while operating equipment.
3. Participate in maintaining a safe and secure work environment for employees and
customers at all times.
4. Follow company safety policies and proper equipment operation at all times.
5. Report any repairs or maintenance requirements needed on equipment to crew leader.
Minimum Qualifications
o Must have a positive attitude, patience, and good follow-through skills.
o Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move
up to 50 pounds.
o Must have endurance necessary to perform duties for long periods of time.
o Must be willing and able to work long hours and some weekends.
Job Specifications
Typical Hours: Full Time - 7:30am - 5:00pm and some Saturdays during busy season
Pay Type: Hourly
