Responsibilities
The Account Manager & Business Development Lead is responsible for client relationships, lead conversion, and account growth at Creative Juice.
This role manages the full lifecycle of the client relationship — from initial lead inquiry through proposal, onboarding, and ongoing account management.
The position also plays a key role in agency growth by qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, and helping convert opportunities into new client engagements.
Core Responsibilities
Own the client experience and sales pipeline, ensuring leads are nurtured, clients are supported, and opportunities for growth are consistently identified.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Sales Support
• Manage incoming leads and inquiries
• Respond to lead communications
• Schedule discovery calls
• Conduct discovery calls with potential clients
• Qualify leads based on project fit and budget
• Maintain organization of lead pipeline
Proposal Development & Presentations
• Build client proposals using agency templates
• Ensure proposals clearly outline scope, timeline, and services
• Present proposals to prospective clients
• Support closing conversations with qualified leads
• Coordinate with the CEO on final proposal approval when necessary
Client Onboarding
Once a client signs:
• Schedule the kickoff meeting
• Introduce the client to the agency team
• Confirm client goals, timeline expectations, and communication process
• Gather required assets, credentials, and documentation
After onboarding, the project is transitioned internally to Operations for delivery setup.
Account Management
Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned clients.
Responsibilities include:
• managing client communication
• running client check-ins
• coordinating feedback cycles
• ensuring clients understand project progress
• maintaining strong professional relationships
Client Feedback Management
• Gather feedback from clients
• Organize feedback clearly for the internal team
• Ensure feedback is consolidated before sharing internally
• Coordinate revision cycles with Operations
Account Growth & Opportunity Development
• Identify opportunities for additional services
• Surface upsell or cross-sell opportunities
• Support expansion of client engagements
• Work with leadership on account strategy

Qualifications
• experience in account management, client services, or agency sales
• strong communication and relationship-building skills

• strong organization and follow-through
• must be available between 9am-6pm EST
