About the Role
As our Family Enrollment Specialist, you’ll be the first impression of Creative Home Academy. You’ll guide families from their initial inquiry through enrollment, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience. This is a part-time position based in Memphis, TN, ideal for someone who thrives on connecting with people and helping families begin their educational journey with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support organizational enrollment goals across both campuses.
- Conduct engaging campus tours and parent orientations.
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective families—answering calls, texts, emails, and social media inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Complete enrollment paperwork, onboarding folders, and maintain accurate records in Procare CRM.
- Ensure all student files meet DHS audit standards, including verifying immunization records and physical examinations.
- Conduct 90-day follow-up communications with enrolled families.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, including capturing photos/videos and working with tools like Canva, JotForms, and surveys.
- Participate in community outreach and partnership development.
- Represent Creative Home Academy with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a proactive, relationship-driven, and highly organized individual who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (required).
- Preferred experience in customer service, admissions, sales, marketing, or early childhood education.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience with Procare, Canva, and JotForms is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Special Requirements:
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current automobile insurance.
- Ability to travel between campuses and community outreach events.
- Successful completion of all required background checks.
