We are seeking a skilled and passionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Creative Health Solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
- Implement treatment intervention plans to address the goals on the plan of care.
- Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans and patient outcomes.
- Continuously educate patients and their families on therapeutic procedures and techniques
- Stay up to date with the latest therapy techniques and methodologies.
Applicants must have
- Valid State PTA License
