Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Track/document patient progress and outcomes
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic strategies
• Stay current with innovative therapy techniques
• Assign patients to the team members
• Collaborate with Facility case management for Discharge planning and patient care management
  
  
  

Qualifications

✔ Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) License

✔ Strong clinical and communication skills

✔ Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional care
