What You'll Do

As a full-time therapist, you'll:

• Maintain a full-time caseload of approximately 25–28 client sessions per week.
• Provide high-quality, trauma-informed individual therapy.
• Develop treatment plans and maintain timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with our supportive team through regular consultation meetings.
• Practice using the modalities you're passionate about while continuing to grow your clinical skills.

Position Details

Full-Time Position

Expected caseload:

• 25–28 client sessions per week

Compensation:

• $60,000–$80,000 annually, based on licensure, experience, and productivity.

Please note that because we are an insurance-based practice, start dates may be delayed approximately 90–120 days while insurance credentialing is completed.
