House Manager - Team Lead – Creative Foundations (Direct Support Services)

As a Team Lead, you’ll serve as both a mentor and a hands-on support professional. You’ll work closely with the individuals we serve, providing daily assistance, while also guiding and coaching a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to ensure the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in a respectful, person-centered manner
- Lead and support a team of DSPs, including training, scheduling, and performance feedback
- Communicate regularly with Service Coordinators, families, and administrative staff
- Ensure documentation is accurate and timely according to agency and regulatory standards
- Promote inclusion, independence, and safety in all activities and environments
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture
- Experience in the field of developmental disabilities (DSP experience preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
- Must pass background checks and meet training requirements.
