Major Function
Must be physically able to bend, twist, lift and stand throughout the shift while performing General Labor in a variety of support functions for the manufacturing process. Functions may include but are not limited to: assembly, cleaning, machine loading and unloading, molding, trimming, packaging, quality inspection, sorting and labelling.

Major Function

Functions may include but are not limited to: assembly, cleaning, machine loading and unloading, molding, trimming, packaging, quality inspection, sorting and labelling.
Essential Functions
- Ensure that parts being produced conform to customer quality requirements.
- Ensure that parts are trimmed, assembled and otherwise processed to customer quality requirements.
- Ensure that parts are packaged in the correct method with correct packaging quantities.
- Ensure that all necessary data is correctly entered into the Plex manufacturing system.
- Alert appropriate personnel of quality deficiencies in a timely manner
- Alert appropriate personnel of equipment issues in a timely manner.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Maintain a clean work area and assist in maintaining a clean facility whenever possible.
- Follow Creative Foam policies and procedures.
- Promote the organization’s safety efforts and maintain a safe working environment.
- Positively reinforce production goals, standards and work ethic in every area of the facility
- Maintain 5S systems for their work area.
