Key Responsibilities:
- Account Reconciliations and Analysis: Perform thorough reviews of financial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Accounts Payable Support: Assist in processing and managing accounts payable, ensuring timely payments and minimizing expenses.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare journal entries and financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, to provide a comprehensive view of the company's financial position.
- Month-End and Year-End Closing Processes: Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to GAAP and other relevant accounting regulations, identifying and mitigating potential risks to the organization.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Provide financial information and support to other departments, fostering a culture of transparency and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in accounting; new Accounting Graduate with internship experience may be considered.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
