Financial Operations Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Creative Financial Staffing. This role will be responsible for processing and verifying invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

Responsibilities:
- Process and verify invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain vendor records and resolve any discrepancies that may arise.
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Reconcile statements and manage AP aging reports.
- Cross-train and provide backup support to the Accounts Receivable team.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or in a similar role is required.
- Proficiency in Excel is highly desired.
