Responsibilities of the Financial Operations Specialist
- Manage a large volume of complex billing transactions.
- Taking orders and converting them into invoices in a timely manner.
- Handling customer inquiries to provide prompt resolutions.
- Posting cash receipts accurately and efficiently.
- Performing account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Making light collections calls to clients as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Intermediate-level skills in Excel formulas and spreadsheet management.
- Experience in high-volume accounts receivable environments.
- Familiarity with general financial policies and procedures, including billing and invoicing.
