About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Creative Financial Staffing. This is a new role created due to growth, and you will work closely with our Regional Finance Manager and CFO, reporting to the Director of FP&A.
The ideal candidate will drive data-informed decisions, optimize clinic-level performance, and support strategic planning across our multi-site organization.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.

Key Responsibilities
As a Financial Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing financial data and performance trends
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
- Developing financial models and delivering insights to senior leaders
- Assisting with ROI evaluations and strategic initiatives
- Collaborating across Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 1-4 years of financial analysis experience or FP&A experience
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SQL/Power BI is a plus
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
